Overview

HealthDrive is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join our Corporate Development team. This role is ideal for a candidate with approximately one year of investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance experience who is looking to transition in-house to focus on strategic growth initiatives, M&A, and corporate strategy. You will support the full deal lifecycle as well as broader strategic planning efforts for the organization.

 

We are conveniently located off Route 9 in Framingham, MA, close to routes 90 and 495 in a spacious modern office with a workout center available right in the building!

Responsibilities

  • M&A Execution: Support identification, evaluation, and execution of acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities. Responsibilities include financial modeling, internal and external M&A presentation and materials, due diligence coordination, and internal presentation development.
  • Financial Modeling: Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess historical and pro forma business performance and scenario analysis.
  • Pipeline Management: Help track and maintain deal pipeline in CRM including some proactive communication with selling owners.
  • Deal Support: Assist in drafting investment memos, term sheets, and other transaction materials; coordinate across cross-functional teams and external advisors.
  • Integration Support: Collaborate with teams to support post-merger planning and execution as needed.
  • Strategic Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and strategic assessments to inform corporate priorities.

 

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, transaction advisory, or corporate FP&A (healthcare experience a plus but not required).
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and Microsoft suite skills (Excel and PPT proficiency required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in corporate strategy and growth initiatives, specifically in services businesses.
  • High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and a proactive work ethic.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to relate to owner operators selling their healthcare practice and make initial contact to set appointments exploring partnership/sale.
  • Interest in operations, not just financial analysis.
  • Interest in healthcare.
