The HR Helpdesk Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, providing high-quality customer service and support to employees. This role requires a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual who will handle HR inquiries regarding policies, benefits, payroll, employee records, and other HR-related matters. The HR Helpdesk Specialist will also ensure that employee requests are addressed in a timely, professional, and confidential manner.
We are conveniently located off Route 9 in Framingham, MA, close to routes 90 and 495 in a spacious modern office with a workout center available right in the building!
